    Our Approach Our Curriculum Overview Our preschool curriculum focuses on children's social and emotional development in Singapore. We recognise the importance of equipping children with a healthy mind to become confident and resilient individuals. Our ESO curriculum is evaluated by an esteemed panel of early childhood education experts, and every child’s progress is assessed and communicated with parents on a timely basis. In addition, we have various enrichment programmes to develop children' skills in music, art, piano, drama acting ect. to make emphasis on the cultivation of children's social-emotional ability, improving self-confidence and preventing depression and anxiety from an early age. Children are exposed to various subjects to ensure that they develop all-rounded skills in preparation for formal schooling. We are collaborating with two early childhood education experts and one early childhood education partner to help our students develop social and emotional kills. ESO Story AJJ Medtech Holding Limited, formally OEL (Holdings) Limited, (SGX:584) had on 4 March 2020 established a wholly-owned subsidiary ESO Health Child Care Pte Ltd (EHCC). Under the leadership of CEO Zhao Xin and the Board of Directors, a shareholders' meeting was convened on 1 April 2020 where the diversification of the group’s core business to include Childcare Wellness Education was approved. ​ On 15 November 2021, ESO officially launched a societal-benefiting textbook which promotes social-emotional development in toddlers (age 1.5-3 years old). The textbook of Social-emotional development for toddlers (level-1) is including 4 chapters. Among the 4 chapters, chapter 3 is the core, which contains 16 emotional vocabularies refined by early childhood education experts, suitable for toddlers aged 1.5-3. 1. If you are a preschool teacher Please refer to the time-table under Appendix to set aside 30 minutes every day to engage your class to the activities of social-emotional development to let students recognize and perform the 16 emotions in various scenarios. It is recommended to let toddlers learn 2 to 4 emotional vocabulary every day with the 16 color emotional cards in the Appendix. After 3 weeks, you may organize a test for your students and record how many emotional cards were recognized and performed by each individual student. For comparison, you may test another group who did not take the class of social-emotional development with the textbook. If the 16 emotions were not fully recognized and performed by students, do not worry, you can repeat the process, which would mean taking another 3 weeks to let your students learn it. It is normal for a toddler who is able to recognize and perform the 16 emotions within one year. [Example] You may refer to the timetable below and work out one for your class according to your actual situation. 2. If you are a parent of a preschool student Set aside 10 minutes every day to engage your kid to recognize and perform the 16 emotions in various scenarios. It is recommended to let your kid learn 2 to 4 emotional vocabulary every day with the 16 color emotional cards in the Appendix. After 3 weeks, you may organize a test for your kid and record how many emotional cards can be recognized and performed by him or her. If the 16 emotions were not fully recognized and performed by him or her, do not worry, you can repeat the process, which means another 3 weeks to let your kid learn it.
